Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician that will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Performing electrical maintenance to include replacement or repair of fixtures and equipment
Inspecting electrical and mechanical equipment to assess functionality and detect malfunctions
Performing minor plumbing maintenance
Carrying out any preventive maintenance programs and regularly updating records as required
Keeping all areas in neat and tidy conditions
Carrying out assessments for completion of reports to management as stated to standard procedures

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (rotation on weekends if required)
