The M.C.M. Group encompasses three companies in Munich and Malta offering maintenance, service, and support to various business jets worldwide through its EASA Part 145 organisations, continuing airworthiness management organisation (EASA Part M), and maintenance training organisation (EASA Part 147).

In order to continue supporting our customers by our dedicated team, we are looking for a Junior Work Planner / Work Planner on a full-time basis to support our Engineering/Planning Department in Luqa, Malta. Personality, experience, and fresh ideas are considered beneficial, whereas organisational skills, perseverance, and a positive attitude are a must.

Job Role: 
Reporting to the Lead of Engineering/Planning Department, the selected candidate will primarily be responsible for providing planning and maintenance control support to the production and store departments.

The main duties attributed to this position are:

• Being responsible for providing planning and maintenance control support to the production and stores departments
• Co-ordinating between customers and other internal and external stakeholders in technical and documentary issues
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the engineering department.

Requirements: 

• Working within a team, the position calls for an individual with a hands-on and customer-focused approach to ensure that the department is managed effectively and up to high standards. Good ability to work with minimum supervision and a willingness to be organised, proactive, and always willing to learn are critical for successful performance in this role.
• While the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and having a positive attitude towards work would be considered a great asset.
• Computer literacy is a must, however, adequate training on further programs used will be provided.
• Previous work experience in a similar role, a tertiary level of education with a focus on engineering and/or background in aviation, or being an experienced AML holder will be considered an asset. We are also willing to recruit and train candidates with no prior work experience.

M.C.M. Group is an EASA Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation based in Malta and Munich International Airport respectively. Our Sister Company, AP Malta Ltd., provides EASA Part 147 approved training and CAMO Services. We offer MRO services from a simple line service up to structural work, painting, interior rework, and more. We support a unique diversity of different aircraft makes and models from OEMs like Bombardier, Dassault, Diamond, Dornier, Embraer, Gulfstream, and Textron (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker), and if there is a business case pretty much any other aircraft on the market.
