Junior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
Versatech Engineering Limited in Malta, part of the Bonnici Group is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Operating in the marine, energy, and industrial sectors, the company provides a positive, technically rewarding, working environment for its employees. The job is based in Malta, with occasional assignments in other countries in Europe. Working on a variety of projects, the chosen candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist the management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotations and proposals for future projects.
• Execution of projects including planning, and organizing internal and external resources as required for the successful delivery of the projects.
• Preparation of technical or progress reports.
• Procurement of spares and equipment.

The successful candidate should have:

• A Minimum B. Eng (Hons) or EQF 6 equivalent.
• The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in the use of ACAD.
• Proficiency using Microsoft software.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

*A package commensurate with experience will be offered to the right candidate.
