We’re looking for a Draughtsperson & Quantity Surveyor who shares our attention to detail, values quality work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings for fire detection, suppression, and security systems.
  • Conducting site measurements and producing BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
  • Project take-offs, procurement of materials & site supervision to ensure installation is done according to technical specifications and drawings;
  • Collaborating with our project and sales teams to ensure alignment between design and cost.
  • Assisting in tender processes, pricing, and estimating project costs.
  • Helping to manage budgets, variations, and project-related documentation.
  • Supporting project execution with design revisions and quantity updates as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Draughtsperson and/or Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other CAD software is a bonus).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and cost control.
  • Experience in fire protection, security, or MEP industries is a big plus.
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
