Draughtsperson & Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for a Draughtsperson & Quantity Surveyor who shares our attention to detail, values quality work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings for fire detection, suppression, and security systems.
- Conducting site measurements and producing BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Project take-offs, procurement of materials & site supervision to ensure installation is done according to technical specifications and drawings;
- Collaborating with our project and sales teams to ensure alignment between design and cost.
- Assisting in tender processes, pricing, and estimating project costs.
- Helping to manage budgets, variations, and project-related documentation.
- Supporting project execution with design revisions and quantity updates as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Draughtsperson and/or Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other CAD software is a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and cost control.
- Experience in fire protection, security, or MEP industries is a big plus.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
