CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines used for cutting and processing uPVC profiles

• Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders

• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements

• Perform quality checks to ensure product dimensions and finishes meet required standards

• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

• Identify and report machine malfunctions or product inconsistencies

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator (preferably in uPVC or similar manufacturing)

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills for machine interface operations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
