Scicluna & Associates Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Design of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Services.
- Compilation of specifications.
- Ensuring full coordination between specifications and drawings.
- Cost estimating.
- Compiling project reports.
- Liaising with Architects, Clients, and other stakeholders to set the constraints of the design.
You will need to:
- Have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Building Services Industry.
- Have experience in the design of Building Services and experience across a range of projects.
- Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Developing knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Organised and adaptable with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Be proficient in ACAD.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP would be considered an asset.
