Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Architect to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About our Clients:
Ably resources are delighted to be representing a brand-new client who has been experiencing rapid growth and huge investment due to continued works in Malta and plans to open several new facilities in Malta over the next few years. Our client's mission is to lead Malta's waste management facilities and services toward a circular economy approach. their focus is on promoting waste reduction and recycling, as well as creating and maintaining innovative waste management infrastructure to protect the environment and society. They aim to create value from previously wasted energy and materials and are determined to act in the most sustainable and resource-efficient way possible.
Duties:
Design and oversee the development of all the infrastructural works
Manage surveying and quality assurance work
Design, specifications, and quality for civil projects
Compiling tender documentation
Bills of Quantities, technical specifications
Creating drawings
Coordinating with Relevant Local Authorities
Submission of applications
Act as onsite Project Manager
Prepare and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
Manage project issues including budgets and schedules
Meet with developers and landowners
Make sure projects are met on time and within budget
Requirements:
An MQF Level 6 bachelor’s degree in architecture and/or Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
