Draughtsperson & Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Draughtsperson & Site Supervisor. in this role you will be participating in various design projects from concept to completion. You will also liaise and coordinate with clients and also external parties working on the project. You will also assist the Project manager by carrying out daily site surveys. You will be responsible to produce specification drawings and detailed drawings for bespoke joinery

Responsibilities

• To liaise with clients, architects, builders and contractors as needed.
• Prepare sketches for the project to be approved
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout
• To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

• Good background knowledge of Microsoft office; and design packages – such as Autocad; Vray, & photoshop
• Able to produce specified detailed drawings for bespoke joinery works.
• Able to compile material list
• Supervising and co-ordinating with external parties
• Able to monitor and amend programme of works when required
• Good organisational skills to help support the rest of the team
• Ability to write progress reports
• Can communicate fluently in English and possibly Italian.
• Holder of B driving licence.
