Draughtsperson

Our clients are a leading construction group in Malta. Due to ongoing company growth, they are looking for a Draughtsperson to join them in a full-time role split between in-office and on-site when needed.
The responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform site surveys
- Prepare sketches, layout proposals and detailed drawings in accordance with standards and company practices for planning and construction purposes
- Liaise with the planning authority on a case-to-case basis regarding queries and clarifications throughout planning
- Generate take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities
- Liaise with Engineers and Architects throughout drawing process and building
- Undertake day to day duties to the operation of a drawing offices – running and upkeep of filing records to ensuring traceability and preservation of documentations
- Work towards tight deadlines
Applicants should have:
- An applicable qualification in Construction Engineering or a minimum six-year work experience in a similar role.
