Design and Site Coordinator

A new job opportunity as a Design and Site Coordinator is now available with one of our reputable clients within the Catering Equipment Industry. Your main job responsibilities will include duties from inception to completion of kitchen projects:

• Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess client needs.
• Design precise technical drawings related to the kitchen installation and other industrial catering equipment requirements using AutoCAD, ensuring they meet project requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with internal and external stake holders as needed to ensure the tailormade project is completed within the time frames stipulated.
• Ensure all designs adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to industrial kitchen setups.
• Keep detailed and well-organized records of designs, modifications, and project documentation.
  
  Working hours - Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a roster

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen design is highly preferred.
• A valid Maltese or EU driving license is a must.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Native level of Maltese is preferred, however, a professional level of English is required.
• Local experience in a similar role is seen as an advantage.

Education and Experience

• Certified proficiency in AutoCAD
