Architectural Assistant

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Architectural Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Client:
Our client is a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality design solutions to high-end projects throughout Malta and further afield. An Architectural Assistant is required to join their growing design team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the design team in the design of projects
• Building surveys
• Preparing architectural drawings and developing 3D-modelling
• Preparing area schedules
• Preparing and developing aperture schedules
• Liaising with Planning Authority for planning consent and any other associated permits
• Site Supervision
• Preparing progress reports
• Preparing architectural plans.

Requirements:

• Local industry knowledge and experience with the planning authorities
• Relevant qualification/degree
• Experienced in the use of Revit and AutoCAD.
