Finance Stack is the Fintech arm of the CC Finance Group which employs 175+ people. The Fintech division is made up of a multinational team of over 50 IT specialists who thrive on a challenge and are always looking at developing the next big thing. We are currently working on some very exciting projects that include investment and banking both of which are on an international scale. We are utilizing the very latest technologies to get us there.

Job Role:
The UI/ UX Designer will work with the development team and product owners to design the interface of our financial software suite. He/She will support in defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research, design and refine user experiences within specified product requirements;
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
• Develop high-level mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas;
• Attending sprint meetings and obtaining feedback from team;
• Working with the product owner to refine initial designs based on feedback gathered;
• Analyse the usability of existing products and provide suggestions for change;
• Be responsible for advocating users in a fast-paced business environment;
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback;
• Collaborate with other designers to evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns.

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Have solid experience designing mobile applications for enterprises. Preferably in Banking, Investments, or related areas.
• Be able to create beautiful UI designs
• Have good experience designing mobile-first websites.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI, experience with pixel-perfect UI both on web & mobile design.
• Proficiency with design tools & technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc.).
• Native Mobile app design & Usability testing experience is considered an asset.
• Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• An inclination for open-minded, critical thinking to solve challenging interfaces.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative nature.

• Ability to clearly express him/herself both in person and in writing.
• Fluency in presenting ideas and work.
• Collaborate, present, and brief developers with the design concepts.
