Technical Coordinator

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical company, is recruiting for a technical coordinator to join their team. This person will be responsible for the efficient execution of sustaining and development activities related to the maintenance and upgrade of design history files (DHF) and coordination and sustaining changes. Day to day duties will include;

• Manage the DHF database
• Drive improvements to the DHF database to facilitate use of such database; improvements can lie in terms of how data is input or even in the way data is retrieved and presented for use.
• Create custom reports from the database to meet different project needs
• Support/manage lifecycle and operational activities for the Medication Delivery team, such as routine SNCs, change control records, product code obsolescence and product end of life (EOL) activities in addition to general technical administrative tasks.
• Support/manage market enhancements and operational improvements, in addition to improvement activities associated with the design, manufacturing and control of products.
• Support the metrics system to track the progress of operational activities and critical KPIs. 
• Adhere to the Quality Systems, understand and apply applicable corporate, divisional and departmental procedures as required.
