Strategic Analyst

This job of a Strategic Analyst is with a well-established company , holding a muti facet business operation.  The successful person will be reporting directly to the Strategic Project Manager while working closely with a number of Departments focusing on identifying the needs of the business, developing plans and determining the overall direction needed to succeed:

• Support and coordinate the development, maintenance and communication of the Company’s strategy
• Monitor and support the Company’s operational and commercial activities with the Company’s strategic direction at all levels of the business
• Perform scenario analysis as may be necessary of different strategic outlooks and scenarios
• Prepare environmental scans of the industry to generate insights into long term industry implications
• Provide market and industry analysis when assessing potential business investments as may be required
• Analyse the impact of movements within the industry on the Company’s strategic direction and planning
• Carry out evaluation and modelling activities as required to facilitate category and marketing analysis
• Support the Company’s Merger and Acquisition strategy development and coordinate the relevant pipeline of initiatives
• Support future acquisitions including participation on financial modelling, due diligence and integration analysis
• Support the post-merger integration planning and implementation process and play a key role in the coordination of such activities
