Microsoft Dynamics 365 Team Lead

A leading investment management firm in Malta, providing a wide range of investment and capital markets services is seeking to employ a Team Lead within its Operations. The selected candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and an efficient Technology Team Lead to manage & develop the internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the team to achieve its goals & deliver projects.
• Design & develop detailed data-driven dashboards and reports.
• Manage and develop our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform along with the connected databases.
• Manage communications with vendors & suppliers.
• Collaborate with all departments to design, develop and deliver solutions aimed at increasing operational productivity and efficiency through automation and tech solutions.

• Strong project management skills including people management.
• Experience in data management, data reporting and SQL.
• Experience with digital CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Preferred experience with workflow automation & operation/processstreamlining.
• Problem solving & innovation mindset.
• Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills.

• Academic degree or extensive professional experience in a technology related field.
