A vacancy has arisen for an ERP Data & Integration Analyst to work within the Distribution industry. The job will entail maintaining a close working relationship with the ERP Business Analyst. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Design and deploy technical solutions/configurations for ERP software architecture
  • Preparing data for migration from legacy systems, and validation of data migrated into the new ERP
  • Design and deploy BI dashboard and reports in line with business requirements
  • Ensure all ERP solutions adherence to the Master Data Model and ERP security model
  • Develop appropriate data views and visualisations to deliver a single source of business information
  • Coordinate the creation of system integration interfaces and ETL functions
  • Coordinate performance optimisation and upgrades of the ERP software in collaboration with the solution partners
  • Collaborates with business & technical users to drive delivery of technical projects to support and enable business automation projects
  • Coordinate 3rd party systems integrators and developers for delivery of software solutions
  • Perform testing and the release process is followed for all software modifications, upgrades and deployments
  • Maintain design documentation for Company ERP and Software updates, modifications, and releases
  • Provides 1st & 2nd level support to end users and coordinate 3rd-level technical support with 3rd party development teams
  • Train business users in BI tools and data management principles
  • Increasing the automation and effective collection and use of Group data and processing with a focus on data quality, through the ongoing identification of new tools, procedures, external services and software to support data validation and cleansing
  • Liaising with Group senior management to fully understand data
  • Analysing and interpreting complex data sets relating to the Group’s business performance, producing and tracking key performance indicators
  • Providing input and advice relating to project management, bids and business plans prepared by the Group
  • Reporting accurately and clearly on activities undertaken
  • Carrying out any other task which may be reasonably required in this position.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, IT or similar
  • Experience in software development, BI, report building and data modelling
  • The ability to travel, even at short notice, is essential.
