Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Specialised Support Agents to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Are you a self-motivated person who enjoys a good challenge and likes solving problems? Then we have a job for you. We are currently looking for a Specialised Support Agent who can provide courteous and efficient service to our customers whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority

Responsibilities include:

  •  Understanding and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  •  Logging complaints and solutions provided in an accurate manner
  • Understanding the nature of the contact, building rapport, solve the issue
  •  Ensuring customers are greeted professionally and in line with company guidelines with every contact
  •  Ensuring first contact resolution and ensuring customers’ queries are handled within acceptable timelines
  • Ensuring that customers’ issues are followed up with a call or alternative methods provided by the company
  • Making sure tickets are resolved within their respective SLA
  • Answering chats/telephone queries both billing and technical

Job Requirements 
  • Have satisfactory overall performance including Quality Customer Satisfaction Index and First Contact Resolution
  • Be able to handle difficult or escalated cases calmly and with professionalism
  • Able to multitask and prioritise work tasks
  • Have a Positive and professional attitude
  • Enjoy working within a positive team environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer care handling.
