Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Retail Customer Care Representatives to join their team on a part-time basis.

You will be responsible to provide information and solutions to customers and prospective customers as necessary. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer issues are followed up in a timely and effective manner. In this role, you will also be required to process billing information and payments.
We are looking for a proactive person who can work on his/her own initiative and who is capable of working as part of a team. The ideal person will be passionate about meeting and greeting customers, and able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Successful applicants will be given full training to assist customers on a face-to-face basis. However, experience in a customer care position will be considered an asset.
