Reservations Agent (German Speaking)

Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Reservations Agent to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:
We require candidates who are looking for a career in Customer Care, and who are looking for a stable job.
If this will be your first work experience, don’t be hesitant to apply as we will provide you with all the necessary training.
The Reservations Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides.
We require German speakers for this particular role.

Responsibilities:  

• Receive incoming calls from the market, whilst converting the maximum number of these calls and inquiries into sales 
• Achieve performance targets (call handling and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders 
• Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience 
• Track all reservations on request and provide the customer with effective support 
• Working as part of a team and being able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns 
• Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls, ensuring that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales 
• Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner 
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements:  

• Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word 
• English fluency is important since training will be delivered in English
• Good Customer Service Skills from previous job experience 
• Excellent communication skills – Written & Spoken in the required language 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Good Team Player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships 
• Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM
• Available to start employment in February.
