Our client, who specialises in the Financial Services Industry, is recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary.
- Answering and handling phone calls
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
- Communicating with clients via email, mail or phone.
- Ensuring the office area is tidy and presentable.
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Opening of accounts as per the company's procedures.
- Filing and maintaining the company's archiving system.
- Handling of bank deposits
- Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
