Our client, who specialises in the Financial Services Industry, is recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and handling phone calls 
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Communicating with clients via email, mail or phone.
  • Ensuring the office area is tidy and presentable.
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Opening of accounts as per the company's procedures.
  • Filing and maintaining the company's archiving system.
  • Handling of bank deposits
  • Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
