Arringo Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit numerous KYC Agents to join their rapidly growing team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
Carry out regular day to day responsibilities of a KYC Agent;
Review, analyze and approve KYC analysis of high-risk clients;
Evaluate and identify applicable risks and appropriate mitigants;
Work on KYC related escalations from KYC, Payments, and the General support departments;
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
Promptly and thoroughly verifying customer documents;
Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, and calls;
Performing all compliance duties in relation to the business requirements;
Knowing our products inside and out;
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
Handle KYC queries and exception requests from the Business;
Participate in KYC-related meetings, calls, and committees.
