IT Support Officer

We’re on the hunt for an IT Support Officer to join a leading group of companies as the 1st line of support. If you have a passion for technology and a problem-solving attitude, you might be the perfect fit for this role. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

• You'll be the go-to person for company staff, providing first line support. 
• Tackling and resolving software and hardware issues will be part of your daily adventures.
• Raising tickets and escalating issues with system administrators to keep everything running smoothly. 
• Visiting outlets to provide technical support 
• Creating and maintaining documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides. 
• Setting up and managing user accounts and permissions. 
• Helping out with password resets and access issues. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Great communication skills in spoken and written Maltese and English. 
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role. 
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems. 
• Must have a valid driving license in Malta 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills. 
• A collaborative team player. 
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus!
