We are seeking a professional, service-driven Guest Relations Agent / Front Office Associate to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences from arrival to departure. This role goes beyond the front desk—ensuring that every detail is perfect before the guest walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Conduct pre-arrival room inspections to ensure rooms meet brand and cleanliness standards
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any room issues before guest arrival
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport options
Manage bookings, room allocations, and billing in the Property Management System (PMS)
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area at all times
Key Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Proactive problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure
Proficiency in front office systems
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred
Proficiency in English
Residence in Malta
