Arringo Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit General Support Representatives (English Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in providing customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, and calls;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- High Level of Strong Communication Skills (English Language) both written and verbal;
- Customer service background and experience;
- Strong Working Ethic;
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, Patience, Attentive and with a passion for delivering Customer Excellence;
- Strong IT skills – we need someone who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and has an ‘above average’ typing speed;
