General Support Representative (English Speaking)

Arringo Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit General Support Representatives (English Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in providing customer support.

The Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, and calls;
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 
The person:

• High Level of Strong Communication Skills (English Language) both written and verbal;
• Customer service background and experience;
• Strong Working Ethic;
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, Patience, Attentive and with a passion for delivering Customer Excellence;
• Strong IT skills – we need someone who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and has an ‘above average’ typing speed;
• Good Initiative;
• Adaptability – we need people who are completely adaptable and welcome changes;
• Flexibility – we need people who are happy and flexible to work on a shift basis including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays;
