AX Care is looking for a Front Office and Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. The role’s primary responsibilities include providing secretarial and clerical support in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional service to clients and visitors. They will also be assisting in handling admissions for both Hilltop Gardens Retirement Village and Simblija Care Home.
Responsibilities:
Open mail and distribute accordingly.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Answer telephone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent telephone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
Responds to clients, prospective clients, and visitors’ inquiries courteously.
Provide visitors with directions around the village.
Communicate with clients and relatives when needed.
Communicate with clinical staff when needed.
Protect clients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Report any complaints to the Operations Manager.
Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean and organized.
Requirements:
A good standard of education.
Fluency in English.
Be computer literate.
A minimum of 1-year working experience in Front of House operations.
Able to work on their own initiative and take decisions when not supervised.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
