Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit Front Desk/Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a part-time (30hrs) or full-time basis.

Job Role:
This is by far an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy meeting new people every day and for those who want to start a new path in the customer care industry.

Requirements:

  • Both Part-timers and Full-timers have to always be available to work every day in the morning with evening shifts when needed
  • Candidates must be able to speak/write in both Maltese and English
  • Previous experience in the customer care industry will be considered an asset.

Working hours:
  • Candidates will be employed on either a part-time basis working 30 hours per week or else on a full-time basis 40 hours per week
  • Rostered between Monday and Saturday
  • Most of the shifts will be in the mornings however one should be available to be rostered even in the evenings when needed especially, between Monday and Wednesday.


Qualifications:

  • Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate
  • Fluency in Maltese and English both spoken and written (both languages are a must)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision
  • Previous experience in any customer care role is compulsory
  • Ideally one must possess a clean driving license and own transport is needed.
