Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit Front Desk / Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a part-time (30hrs) per week OR on full-time basis. 

Candidates must be able to speak / write in both Maltese and English and previous experience in the customer care industry will be considered an asset. This is by far an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy meeting new people every day and for those who want to start a new path in the customer care industry.

Working hours:
Candidates will be employed on either a part-time basis working 30 hours per week or else on a full-time basis 40 hours per week, rostered between Monday and Saturday. Most of the shifts will be in the mornings however one should be available to be rostered even in the evenings when needed especially between Monday and Wednesday.

Qualifications:
  • Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English both spoken and written (both languages are a must).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
  • Previous experience in any customer care role is compulsory.
  • Ideally one must possess a clean driving license and own transport is needed.
