Hilton Malta is recruiting for an Executive Lounge Manager on a full-time basis. This position is a middle management position and will report to the Front Office Manager.
The candidate occupying this position will work to maximise the potential of the Executive Lounge and will be fully responsible for all Guests staying in our Executive Floors and making use of the lounge facilities, whilst working to keep in line with our Hilton Brand standards.
The selected applicant would be responsible to manage the full Executive Lounge operation including both F&B and the check-in desk and come up with proactive ways of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our Executive Guests. The Executive Lounge Manager will work closely with the Front Desk team in order to ensure an excellent level of service and anticipate Guest issues and rectify them when they do occur.
We are looking for the following:
A team member with leadership experience preferably working within a front desk or Executive Lounge environment
Knowledge and understanding of financial statements including revenue maximisation and managing payroll and operational costs
An assertive, organised and ambitious personality who is able to lead a team towards success and build relationships with Guests and Colleagues alike
A person who is able to act with a sense of urgency and leaves no stone unturned to ensure an outstanding level of service to our Executive Guests
A team player who is able to work with people from different cultures and background and has a good understanding of all hotel departments
A person who can work independently with minimal guidance
