Som kundeservicemedarbejder hos bet365 bliver du en del af vores europæiske kundeserviceteam, der hjælper vores globale kundebase fra vores kontor på det solrige Malta.
Du vil stå i frontlinjen for verdens foretrukne online spillemærke og hjælpe kunderne med en lang række spørgsmål vedrørende deres bet365-konto.
I denne rolle i vores energiske og multikulturelle arbejdsmiljø kommer du til at arbejde med en række forskellige emner, herunder væddemål, betalinger, verificering og generelle kontoforespørgsler. Du vil hjælpe vores kunder via Live Chat, e-mail og telefon og komme til at spille en vigtig rolle i deres bet365-oplevelse.
