Our client is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their growing team of professionals in their Corporate department.
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and replying to emails from prospective and existing customers
- Updating bank’s accounting records
- Following up on delayed customer requests and conducting the necessary research
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile for client engagement and retention
