Our client, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team of professionals in their Corporate department.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and replying to emails from prospective and existing customers
  • Updating bank’s accounting records
  • Following up on delayed customer requests and conducting the necessary research
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile for client engagement and retention

Experience

  • Fluency in English, as well as excellent verbal and written communication in both Dutch and French
  • Previous experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset
  • A basic knowledge of banking and financial products is desirable
  • Previous experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset

Skills

  • Excellent time management, and multi tasking skills
  • Customer orientated, and able to adapt / respond to various personality types
