Customer Success Manager (Russian Speaking) at Kaverto Media

Kaverto Media Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a driven Customer Success Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• The first point of contact for customers;
• Addressing customer’s issues and providing required support;
• Liaising with various departments in the company to find the most efficient and satisfactory solution for the customers;
• Providing timely and professional ongoing support to the company’s clients;
• Liaising with the company’s partners to ensure outstanding ongoing services;
• Developing new processes and procedures to excel in servicing our clientele;
• Achieve excellence in problem-solving and support.

• Fluent Russian and English languages, both verbal and written, Latvian will be considered an advantage;
• Professional approach and attitude when dealing with customers;
• Always aiming at excellence and customer satisfaction;
• University Degree in Management/Finances or Economics;
• Experience in a similar role- a minimum of 1 year is an advantage;
• Ability to be an independent player and work as part of a team;
• Ambitions to improve and grow with the company.

Salary:

• 22,000-24,000EUR/year depending on experience.
