Our client is looking for a Customer Success Executive. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Executing the continuous delivery and compliance of client accounts, whilst bringing customer-focused perspectives to operational excellence
  • Escalating customer questions and/or queries and issues
  • Supporting the Operations Departments with any client account ad hoc support
  • Ensuring timely customer deliveries, and that internal and external reporting requirements are adhered to
  • Inputting and supporting team members in customer meetings
  • On-boarding the responsibility for collating the right data and ensuring that the customer's requirements are met at all times
  • Making sure that potential shortfalls are identified and dealt with whilst mitigating the risk for all parties involved.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday normal office hours with an element of flexibility.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Customer Service, Relationship & Engagement Skills
  • Reporting, Analysis, Time Management & Organisational Skills
  • Understanding of the manufacturing industry will be given preference
  • Working well in a team however, being as productive when working alone
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar role and environment will be considered an asset
  • Verbal and written English and Maltese are a must
  • Ideally an O'level / A'level standard of education
