Our client within the Aviation industry, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team here in Malta. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your duties will include;
Ensuring excellent service standards by responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Managing large amounts of emails and incoming calls.
Generating sales leads (when necessary)
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents.
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, must have at least 1 year experience in a customer service role.
Fluency in English as well as French and/or German is a must (Written / Verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
