Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Email & Social Media) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible. In this role, you will be dealing with customers via email, live chat and social media. Training will be provided in house. 

Requirements:

  • You have to be flexible to be rostered between 0800-2300 Monday to Sunday, on an 8hr shift, 5 times a week.
  • You need to be fluent in English especially written.
  • You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly.
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver.
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
  • And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.
