CMA CGM Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a one (1) year contract basis.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service for consumers through inbound telephone calls, an online booking system and email correspondence. The successful candidate is expected to give attention to detail and listen actively to customers to process their queries.
The prospective employee, who will be highly computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft applications (preferably ECDL level), must have an O-Level standard of education, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in the shipping and/or logistics industry. The selected candidate will be e-business oriented and in possession of good telephone handling skills and fluent in written and spoken English, preferably also Maltese speaking. The chosen candidate must be excellent in problem-solving and ready to work and be part of a team.
