CMA CGM Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their successful export team.
Job Role:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Customer Service Manager of the Import & Export department, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service for consumers through inbound telephone calls, online booking system and email correspondence. The successful candidate will be active listener with attention to detail and able to process the customers’ queries by channelling them to the appropriate department. The role requires liaising with third parties and ensuring that the customers receive the right information and quick solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic person with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and third parties alike.
