Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible. We aim to ‘wow’ our customers, and this will be your job. We offer our services using different platforms, including social media. The Customer Service Representatives at Centrecom are a team of experts who develops and implement strategies for online channels and improve our online presence, they are experienced with knowledge on various departments within the Company.

  • Strategy planning – how to outline goals and know what platforms will help the project;.

To be the ideal candidate:
  • You need to sit tight, roll up your sleeves and prepare to learn: no job is too big, or too small: obviously, we will train you first.
  • You need to be fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role.
  • You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly.
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver.
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make it happen.
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
  • And for last, you need to be ready to grow with us.
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
