Customer Service Representative

Bookia (Malta, EU) is a fast-growing company currently looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a full-time & part-time basis.

Job Role:

• Providing support to our customer base via Phone, Email and Live Chat.
• Make sure the customer receives top-quality service;
• Guide our customers on how to make any bookings online;
• Help the customers in any query they come across.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be residing in Malta.
• Must have excellent communication and Customer Service skills;
• Friendly personality;
• Candidates must be IT literate.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.

*This role is on a shift basis where working days can be from Monday to Sunday at any time between 9AM and 9PM.
