Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and accurate information—all from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
• Meet or exceed KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
• Strong command of [language(s), e.g., English and Maltese] – both spoken and written
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home
• Proficient in using computers, email, and chat systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Minimum High Scholl Certificate or equivalent qualification
