A new Customer Service Agent is now available within the IT industry. Whilst working on a day basis, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing software support on the company's products, remotely, via telephone, email and chat
  • Maintaining highest client satisfaction and positive client relationships
  • Performing problem management and end-to-end problem ownership
  • Participating in scheduled off-shift support (call-out)
  • Providing client-based full training of the software and products
  • Creating well-worded documentation for issues and bugs which are software related
  • Contributing to the knowledge base
