DHL International Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Front Desk) to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to efficiently assist customers when collecting or sending their parcels from our Service Point (DHL Reception). You will assist with any queries they might have in a professional manner and also provide information on our services to ensure customers are best informed according to their needs. To achieve pre-determined targets in servicing our customers. The job entails handling heavy packages when necessary.
Requirements:
Ordinary Level Certification or higher educational qualifications.
Well-organized with good analytical skills.
Proficient PC skills, including MS applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Customer-centric and result oriented.
Available to work on feast days and Saturdays if the need arises.
