Cloudigo in Malta is currently looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care & Telesales Executive to join their team on a part-time basis.
Key Accountabilities/Key Activities:
- Cold calling potential new customers to explain products and sell our product
- Calling existing customers to gather feedback, help solve any customer issues, as well as, contribute to our retention strategy
- Using scripts to provide information about the product’s features, benefits, prices, etc.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
- Gathering and recording customer information, feedback, and reactions to products
- Reaching any relevant targets
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Proficient in English and Maltese
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Charismatic and a team player
- Any experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
