Responsibilities: 

  • The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible.  

Requirements: 

  •  Fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role  
  •  Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel  
  •  You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly  
  •  You need to be organized and a problem solver  
  •  You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen  
  •  And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.  
Working hours: 
  • This role is offered on a full-time indefinite contract, 40hours per week
  • We have various sections with different operating hours.
