Customer Care Representative

Homemate Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
They are looking for a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion and energy and is ready to provide the ultimate shopping experience to clients by offering a consistently high standard of customer service. 

Requirements:

• A Team player, but able to work independently, and will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours daily, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, on a shift basis
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills are required
• Candidates must be IT literate
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Candidates applying for Summer Jobs will not be considered
• Due to expansion within the Company, chosen candidates must be flexible to work in any new outlet situated in other areas of Malta.
