Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
If you love dealing with customers in a friendly and modern environment, then this job is made for you! We have created an exciting opportunity in our new franchise reseller outlets for Customer Care Representatives.
You will be responsible to provide information and solutions to customers and prospective customers as necessary. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer issues are followed up in a timely and effective manner. In this role, you will also be required to process billing information and payments.
- We are looking for a proactive person who can work on his/her own initiative and who is capable of working as part of a team;
- The ideal person will be passionate about meeting and greeting customers, and able to build and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Successful applicants will be given full training to assist customers on a face to face basis. However, experience in a customer care position will be considered an asset.
