Aquani in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of customer care representatives
- Developing customer service policies & procedures
- Handling customer complaints
- Training customer care representatives
- Monitoring customer service metrics
- Managing customer feedback
- Collaborating with other departments
- Maintaining customer database.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar post
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
