Aquani in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of customer care representatives
  • Developing customer service policies & procedures
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Training customer care representatives
  • Monitoring customer service metrics
  • Managing customer feedback
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Maintaining customer database.

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar post

  • High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
