Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Contact Centre Agent's to join their team on a full-time basis.
Do you like forming a relationship with people to be better able to support them? We are looking for individuals who will be the first point of contact with our customers when they most need our support. This is a varied job in which you will be dealing with queries and some sales while working within a team that will teach you and challenges you to grow.
If you value customer-centricity, have a friendly approach, and love problem-solving, then this is the job for you.
Job requirements:
Have an ‘O’ Level standard of education, which must include a good pass in both Maltese and English
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organisational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
Computer literacy
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
