Our client is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to handle customer queries for assistance services. Your responsibilities will include:
Attending promptly and appropriately to inbound customers’ calls and emails ensuring high level of customer service are maintained and exceeded at all times
Making best effort to resolve queries and complaints in the first instance
Completing all documentation and data entry to a high standard and in a timely manner
Attentively offer alternatives and solutions to customers whilst delivering results
Achieving personal and company targets
Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30hrs & Wednesday rostered between 08.00-19.00hrs
