Our client is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to handle customer queries for assistance services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending promptly and appropriately to inbound customers’ calls and emails ensuring high level of customer service are maintained and exceeded at all times
  • Making best effort to resolve queries and complaints in the first instance 
  • Completing all documentation and data entry to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Attentively offer alternatives and solutions to customers whilst delivering results
  • Achieving personal and company targets 

Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30hrs & Wednesday rostered between 08.00-19.00hrs
