Michael Debono Ltd (MDL) in Malta is seeking to appoint a Client Liaison Officer to join the after-sales team on a full-time basis.

The Position:
The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for:
  • Printing of job cards 2 days in advance of the start date of the works;
  • Check if parts are available to instruct the parts department to prepare them;
  • Call client one day before to confirm requirements;
  • Upselling with the client during the pre-call;
  • Assist call center about status updates of vehicles on services/works;
  • Input updates in the system after following up with technicians;
  • Taking responsibility for the full process of the job card from beginning to end;
  • Issues check sheets for technicians to fill in and present to the client;
  • Carry out other duties as instructed by one’s superior.

The Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a technical yet client-facing role;
  • Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Clean police conduct;
  • Perform required certifications as per company and supplier recommendations;
  • Technical background ;
  • An MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) would be considered an asset.
